The hotel is absolutely stunning. While the simple standard room is fairly plain, the rest of the establishment is top notch. Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner services are all very well thought of and prepared. Wine pairings with meals were thoughtful and complimented each item perfectly. The additional benefit of the city of Chantilly being it's surroundings makes this an excellent and elegant escape. And, a beautiful place to spend a few days and explore.

A nice hotel in a stunning location. The bar is lovely with a great bar man, the second restaurant was fine and the hotel was nice overall but we booked a suite which faced the road on the second floor so got no sleep - tire noise from the cars running over the cobble stones stared at 4am and didn’t stop. It was terrible. Paying €900 for a night of no sleep is not my idea of good value. I shared the feedback on check out. The reception showed concern but didn’t offer any compensation. I’m sorry but you can’t charge those prices and not share that your window a don’t block the noise from outside. It was terrible. I see others have given the same feedback. I wish I had read the reviews in advance. So, stay away from the rooms facing the road. Awful. I’d add - it’s nice the hotel replied or me but wouldn’t you think they’d reply in the language I write the review. I wasn’t aware of the upgrade. And frankly if that was the upgraded room I’d hate to have seen how small the other room would have been given the room I booked cost €900 euro. Anyway, when i booked I would not have thought any room would have so much tire noise from traffic that it meant we would not get any sleep.
